ABOUT THE BAND


Having been session player and also fronting many named bands over the past 15 -20 years or so I decided to get back in my studio and finish off the album I started in mid 2007.
Amongst many of my influences are the Eagles, Doobie brothers, and Tom Petty, harmony being the main feature.

Geoff Hammond Drums
whom I've worked with for 18 years or more. Geoff is one of the very few drummers who has a fantastic harmony voice, and many years of experience. along with being a first class drummer his reliability is second to none.

lewis osborneLewis Osborne - Member of the House Band on X-Factor, Britain's got Talent , Andrew LLoyd Webber's Reality Shows, Parkinson, Generation Game as well as backing Take That, Leona Lewis.  Lew has gained a wealth of experience working with the best.

On keyboards and backing vocals Marcus Lake Marcus i, with over 20 years in the business he has worked alongside many of the greats including Jools Holland. His first class playing and vocals takes the band to another level, and is truly a fully seasoned pro.

alan gregsonAlan Gregson started playing piano at the age of 8 and was working in a recording studio at 16. Over the years Alan has worked with countless major artists and also been involved in film soundtrack production. He has performed at the Royal Albert Hall and sessions on BBC Radio 2.

Paula  Frajndt female backing vocals,
Paula works with the band, at the moment, in Poland but hopefully will be soon doing UK dates too, her voice and personality are an invaluable asset to the band.

.steve richardson Steve Richardson- Accomplished Bass guitarist who as a session musician has played and toured with a vast array of top-line artists including Shirley Bassey, Deep Purple, Moody Blues, Tony Christie, Cilla Black, Sandy Shaw, Manfred Mann.......
as well as resident bass player on Television's Pebble Mill at One,

Brett Slater, his unique style of playing lends itself to the melodic songs of Van Downham,and along with his classically trained background,Brett is a cool and fully accomplished guitar player
